Meet the Owners

Grace's Place is owned and operated by Justin and Andrea Taylor.

Andrea is a native of Newport News and Graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Human Services.  She has 18+ years of experience working directly with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities beginning in the Portsmouth and Hampton/Newport News Community Services Boards. Andrea also has extensive volunteer service throughout Hampton Roads working with mental health agencies as well as teaching in the public school system.  After an extensive career with the CSB, her passion for helping those she served drove her to opening Graces Place. She wanted to create a Home that provided quality levels of care and treated the individuals with respect.

 

Justin is an Alabama native and Navy Veteran who served and separated honorably in 2015 after 10 years of service. After separation, Justin got his BA in Educational Psychology and MBA in Business / Project Management, he began working in Real Estate and Civil Service. 

 

Together Justin and Andrea have combined their collective skills and experience and created a place that meets the needs of the most vulnerable people in our community.  A place that they can call home. Named after their daughter, Grace's Place is the realization of Justin and Andrea's desire to help those who cannot help themselves!!
